2. Introduction

This Privacy Policy applies to the Mine Rush mobile application (the "Application") developed and operated by Claudia Blum, Gamesis Studios (the "Service Provider"). The Application is provided as a free service on an "AS IS" basis. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, how it is used, and what rights you have regarding your data.

3. Data We Collect

3.1 Automatically Collected Data

When you use the Application, the following data may be collected automatically:

IP address of your device
Device type, operating system, and version
In-app events (e.g. game sessions, screens visited, time spent)
Crash reports and performance data
Advertising ID (IDFA on iOS / GAID on Android) – only with your consent

3.2 No AI Processing

The Application does not use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to process your personal data or to provide application features.

4. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR – Art. 6)

If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, the processing of your personal data is based on the following legal grounds:

Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR): Personalized advertising and advertising-related tracking (AdMob) only takes place after you have given your explicit consent via the in-app consent banner (Google User Messaging Platform / UMP SDK). You may withdraw your consent at any time within the app settings.

Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): We process certain technical data (crash reports, performance analytics) based on our legitimate interest in maintaining and improving the Application.

5. Third-Party Services

The Application uses the following third-party services. Each has its own privacy policy:

Google AdMob
Displays advertisements. Personalized ads require your prior consent.

Only aggregated or anonymized data is shared with these services where technically possible. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

6. Advertising & Consent (GDPR / TCF)

The Application displays advertisements via Google AdMob. Before any personalized advertising or tracking takes place, EU/EEA users will be shown a consent dialog powered by the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP SDK) in compliance with the IAB Transparency & Consent Framework (TCF 2.2).

If you accept personalized ads, your Advertising ID may be used by AdMob and its partners to show you relevant advertisements.
If you decline, only non-personalized ads will be shown and no advertising tracking will occur.
You can change your consent decision at any time in the app settings.

7. Your Rights Under GDPR

If you are located in the EU/EEA, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

Right of access (Art. 15 GDPR): You can request a copy of the data we hold about you.
Right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR): You can request correction of inaccurate data.
Right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR): You can request deletion of your data. We will respond within 30 days.
Right to restriction (Art. 18 GDPR): You can request that we restrict processing of your data.
Right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR): You can request your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR): You can object to processing based on legitimate interests, including profiling.
Right to withdraw consent: Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting prior processing.

8. Data Retention

Analytics data: retained according to the respective third-party provider's policy (typically 14 months for Firebase).
Deletion requests: processed within 30 days of receipt.

9. Data Security

The Service Provider implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children's Privacy (COPPA / GDPR)

The Application is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or 16 where applicable under national GDPR implementations). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided personal data, we will delete it immediately.

11. Opt-Out & Uninstall

You can stop all data collection by uninstalling the Application using the standard process of your mobile device or app store. You can also withdraw advertising consent at any time within the app settings.

12. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete personal information, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. 13. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Application after changes have been published constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
